TOMATILLO SIMPLE SALSA

The slightly sweet, citrus flavor of the tomatillos go well with grilled meats. Can be multiplied. Use generously.

3 tomatillos, hulled, rinsed and finely diced
2 medium tomatoes, finely diced
1/3 medium onion, halved and sliced thinly
2 teaspoons vinegar
1 or 2 teaspoons flax oil
Pinch Salt, if you're using it

Mix ingredients. Stays in refrigerator for a few days.
