
MY FAVORITE FF SMOOTHIE
(A breakfast standby. Everybody has different versions. )
1 cup frozen blueberries
2 (generous) tablespoons ground flax seed
1 inch fresh ginger root (optional)
1 scoop whey, pref. vanilla
Stevia, if you need it
1 cup filtered water and crushed ice
Cinnamon, several dashes
Put fruit, ginger, stevia and cinnamon in blender and process on medium until
pureed. Add other ingredients and blend on high until the texture you like. I
usually do about 30 seconds.
