
HEALTH SLAW
1 small to med. head of cabbage, I prefer napa
2 med. onions, peeled
2 carrots, peeled
about 10 radishes, trimmed
1/3 cup flax oil
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1 tablespoon dry mustard
1 to 2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 tablespoon dried dill (or 3 T. fresh, chopped)
Process cabbage, onions, carrots and radishes through grater disc of food
processor. In small bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients. Mix with grated
vegetables and refrigerate.
I found this refreshing and filling on a hot Florida day.
